Student of the IAG PUC-Rio, Maria Isabel Monteiro Barreto, received the Human Being Award – 2012 of Human Resources Brazilian Association (ABRH) in the category of Best Academic Paper

The Final Project of MBA in Human Resources Management entitled “Human Skills for Sustainability” was directed by Professor Eliane Leite and received the award on November 12th in Vivo Rio Space.

“In reference to the award itself, I can say that was a very good surprise. Receive this award from ABRH-RJ represents for me a great recognition, because the Board of the Association, as well as the Judging Panel, is formed by Human Resource Directors of major companies in Rio de Janeiro – people that are reference in market. I felt myself extremely honored with the Human Being Award 2012. It made me believe that they realized the contribution which the proposal of my work can give to the material and human success of enterprises and society: Ecology and Sustainability must begin by the Human Being.”

She attended the MBA in Human Resources Management and is currently studying at the MBA in Management in IAG PUC-Rio.
